The Lab is not a coaching program, a sales funnel, or a high-pressure mastermind. It exists to provide clear, Atlanta-specific education, practical deal discussion, and a trusted environment where investors can build confidence through real-world insight.

The First Deal Boot Camp is a free, time-bound program created for people who want to move from interest to action with clarity and confidence.

Format:

5 weeks
Weekly live sessions (60–75 minutes)
Optional office hours for questions and discussion
Practical, beginner-friendly, and no pressure

Participants work through:

How real estate investing actually works in Metro Atlanta
Defining a realistic buy box
Understanding deal numbers without overcomplication
Where deals realistically come from
How offers, contracts, and due diligence work
What to expect after a deal goes under contract

The focus is on readiness and sound decision-making—not rushing into deals.
